📬 How to Submit a Ticket?
You can reach our support team through several convenient channels:
Once your request is received, we’ll generate a unique ticket number to track and manage the issue efficiently. You’ll be able to monitor progress and communicate with our team throughout the process.
🔎 Self-Help
Did You Know? Most support platforms resolve the majority of common queries through their Knowledge Base even before a ticket is submitted. While we're still building ours, it will soon become a central place for quick answers and guidance.
Think of it like a digital playbook — full of tips, step-by-step guides, and previously resolved challenges that others have faced.
📂 Ticket Management
Every support request you submit becomes a ticket you can monitor. Once submitted:

A ticket ID is emailed to you for reference.

You’ll receive updates as the support process progresses.

You can respond to updates, add comments, or provide additional information at any time.
👤 Accessing Your Tickets
To view your ticket history:

Visit the NextNet Help Center.

Click "Sign In" at the top-right corner of the page.
➤ First Time Access?
If you've previously submitted a request via email or chat, you’ll need to generate a password to sign in:

Click "Sign In", then choose "Get a password".

Enter the same email you used when contacting us.

You’ll receive a secure link to set up your password.
📌 Tip: If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder.
Alternatively, you can sign in using your Google or Microsoft account for faster access.
🧾 After Signing In
Once logged in, your name will appear at the top-right. To view your tickets:

Click on your name on right top

Select "Activities"
From there, you can:

Review all your past and current tickets

View updates from our support agents

Reply or add further comments

Mark a ticket as solved if the issue has been resolved on your side
